I dok su bjelou\u0161ka, crvenkrpica i krausac (kravosas) neotrovne te stoga i bezopasne vrste ipak mogu izazvati strah i nelagodu kod prolaznika. Isti osje\u0107aj javlja se i prilikom susreta s baborom (blavorom), neotrovnim zmijolikim gu\u0161terom tamno sme\u0111e boje. Pove\u0107an oprez nu\u017ean je u proljetnim i ljetnim mjesecima na kr\u0161evitim i sun\u010danim podru\u010djima koja su stani\u0161te jedine zmije otrovnice \u2013 poskoka.
